4" Submersible Motors
APPLICATIONS
SAER submersible motors series CL 95 are suitable to be immersed in wells having diam. 4” and larger to be coupled to hydraulic submersible centrifrugal and peripheral pumps with 4” Nema coupling.
The single phase version is PSC type (permanent split capacitor) with capacitor permanently inserted.
The winding is asynchronous rewindable with rotor in short circuit cooled by non-toxic oil, according to standards of Farmacopea Italiana and of F.D.A. (Food and Drug Administration - U.S.A.).
Due to their constructive simplicity, along with some other technologic innovations, these motors are long lasting reliable even under extreme conditions.
CONSTRUCTION FEATURES
Outer shell in s/s AISI 304.
Upper support in pressed brass, on demand AISI 304 investment cast stainless steel.
Rotor shaft in s/s AISI 420.
A compensation membrane on the bottom of the motor ensures the balance between the internal and external pressures, along with the variation of the oil volume due to the temperature.
The seal system on the rotor shaft end is provided by a multiple system that includes:
- bi-directional mechanical seal
- radial seal on the shaft
- sand-guard with laminar seal
The electric cable is non-toxic, suitable for foodstuff uses.
OPERATING SPECIFICATIONS
Allowable tension variation in respect to the nominal one +6%/-10%.
Axial thrust 3000 N from 0.37 kW up to 2,2 kW, 6500 N from 3 kW up to 7,5 kW.
Horizontal operation is possible up to 4 kW.
Max. 30 starts per hour equally distributed.
Max. immersion depth 350 mt.
